Refund policy

Our number one goal is to always satisfy our customers. To discuss the return of an item that you sincerely believe we have misrepresented--or even if the item does not otherwise satisfy your expectations--please either call us at 860-523-4500 or email us at wbfagallery@gmail.com to discuss your concerns.

If we agree your concerns are not unreasonable ones--and we mutually agree the best course of action is for us to accept the return of the item (rather than you accepting a reduction in the price)--carefully repackage the item and we will send you a shipping label for returning it to us free of charge.

Upon the safe return of the item in the same condition it was in when we shipped it to you, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the item within 2 business days.
