Rose Kuper (New York, 1888 - 1987), post-impressionist oil on canvas painting depicting a nine tulip bouquet, signed "Kuper" and dated '39 in the lower-left corner. Canvas stretcher measures 20" x 16" and overall 26" x 22" as housed within an artist-made gray pine-panel frame (with raised white liner).
SPECIAL CONDITION NOTE: Although we do not believe the condition of this painting significantly degrades from its overall aesthetic appeal, there are spots where the paint has loosened from the canvas and is lost. Please carefully review the images we provided for this painting, and if you are seeking a post-impressionist oil painting from the first-half of the 20th century that is in "perfect" condition, you might consider other ones.
